“Learned a lot about working under a government contract.”

Pros – The majority of the jobs with CRM are through government contracts. The salaries for these jobs can be very good.
Cons – As with all jobs that are subject to a government contract, if they contract is not renewed , you can lose your job without severance or even warning.
Advice to Senior Management – Try to ensure that you have other jobs lined up for employees who may lose their jobs if a contract is not renewed.
