Pros

The staff discount is amazing, and you get a lot of free products.

Cons

Smaller stores sometimes not recognised for achievements.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

I think the leadership is good, but a little more communication is needed.. although I understand that everyone has a lot of work to take on.

    I have been working at Clinique

    Pros

    -Gratis 3 times a year
    -Going to class and getting goodies
    -Getting sent new products

    Cons

    -Long hours especially during gift
    -sometimes it gets very slow and you cant make your goal
    - you have a clinique goal and a department store goal
    -counter managers can be lazy
    -stressful
    -they would rather move someone up thats off the street rather than current workers.
