    Great training ground for marketing but politics-laden!

    Pros: Great training for marketers. Good classes and on-the-job training. You work with very smart people, and if you are fortunate enough to get an excellent… Cons: Politics, politics, politics. It's a slower growth company (revenue growth of 3-5% each year) so much of the "competition" comes from inside as they hire… Advice to Senior Management: Appreciate individual differences and figure out how to let uniqueness flourish to build excellent, multi-faceted teams.
