Great experience opportunity to work with Smart People at all levels

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Bentonville, AR

ProsCompetitive Salary with great benefits. You have the opportunity to work on amazing projects within a highly respected CPG organization.

ConsLittle to no training, very political, thinking outside of the box is reserved only for select individuals, Company's regard for diversity is questionable.

Advice to Senior ManagementSenior management is amazing, however, they need to ensure the coprorate culture doesn't stop on their desks. In other words, allow their vision for how the company shoud be run (across all aspects) to trickle down to mid and lower level managers.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

Great training ground for marketing but politics-laden!

Brand Manager (Former Employee) Oakland, CA

I worked at Clorox full-time for more than 5 years

Pros: Great training for marketers. Good classes and on-the-job training. You work with very smart people, and if you are fortunate enough to get an excellent… Cons: Politics, politics, politics. It's a slower growth company (revenue growth of 3-5% each year) so much of the "competition" comes from inside as they hire… Advice to Senior Management: Appreciate individual differences and figure out how to let uniqueness flourish to build excellent, multi-faceted teams. There's a strong tendency for Clorox culture to fit… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More
