Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give better mentoring to all employees. Define job descriptions and goals clearly. Allow employees to cross train and learn new things.

    I worked at Club Med

    Pros

Fun environment, great benefits and staff, management treats their employees with respect. I made the decision to leave to be a full-time mom but I loved this job!

    Cons

Job responsibilities aren't always defined and are often expanded so you end up "wearing many hats". I thrived on this but others may not.

Dealing with cranky customers is never a pleasant experience. I loved auditing but disliked the confronting aspect.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Personally, the only advice I would give is to always keep communication lines open and demonstrate continued respect for your employees. This goes a LONG way towards promoting a happy work environment. Club Med rocks!
