Approves of CEO

Pros

Complimentary membership to all Club One locations in Bay Area, great networking as you met new people everday, discounts on health insurrances.

Cons

Salary is not the best but neither is the economy. Deal with numerous complaints from dissatisfied members on a daily basis, not much recognition from the management on a corporate level.

Advice to Management

Please give recognition to the service desk team once in a while. We tend to get the short end of the stick and got a lot of grief with no reward.

    Advice to Management

listen to your employees. do not offer up platitudes of "my way or the highway". . reward education and experience. be as nice to the staff as you are to the clients. be clear during the hiring process that if you hire someone for full time there is a full time position available. offer continuing education allowances from more than one source. train the staff in workplace etiquette (no foul language, racial slurs, ageist comments, etc.) observe the employees on the work floor and give honest feedback. look not only for the tangibles of the job, but the intangibles, how does the employee make the client feel? how does the employee make their fellow employees feel? BE NICE!
