The gyms are really nice!

Very boring work doing next to nothing.

    Pros

    Flexibility, great for meeting new people and networking with employees and members, free gym membership.

    Cons

    There is a huge disconnect between leadership (corporate office) and club level employees. Programs and ideas are not implemented properly and it is often times very unorganized... Little pay for the amount of work, and little room for advancement. If you do advance, you are not compensated for it, they try to pay you the same amount of money and hold it against you if you do not take the "opportunity"... employee turnover rate is high because of these reasons.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Listen to your employees and consider their opinions before making critical decisions. This has been something that the company has been working on for years but has never done... Pay people what they deserve, acknowledge good employees, and be more transparent.

    The location, the clients, the facility.

    Cons

    No growth, low pay, high work load, no recognition. have not had a raise in pay in 4 years.

    Value your workers. Understand their financial status. Give back annual raises.
