Conslack of support from management. extremely poor compensation package.

Advice to Senior Managementlisten to your employees. do not offer up platitudes of "my way or the highway". . reward education and experience. be as nice to the staff as you are to the clients. be clear during the hiring process that if you hire someone for full time there is a full time position available. offer continuing education allowances from more than one source. train the staff in workplace etiquette (no foul language, racial slurs, ageist comments, etc.) observe the employees on the work floor and give honest feedback. look not only for the tangibles of the job, but the intangibles, how does the employee make the client feel? how does the employee make their fellow employees feel? BE NICE!

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
