I have been working at ClubCorp full-time (more than 5 years)

Pros

My manager is the most amaizing person ever. I love the free food. I like some of the people I work with and I love the customers.

Cons

The pay is horrible. YOu are expected to do everything, but there is NO training and the benefits are rediculous

I have been working at ClubCorp part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Pleasent enviroment to work in with great staff and down to earth members. Flexible hours allow me the time I need for taking care of children.

    Cons

Pay is very low allthough they said we can renegotiate after 90 days depending on performance. No money in budget to pay for basic things.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Money for basic renovations would go a long way to improving facillities and ultimatelly bringing in more business.
