I worked at ClubCorp full-time for less than a year

Pros

Great co-workers! Enjoyed working with most people immensely. A shame though that lot of them are about to leave for the same reasons.

Cons

Benefits package is crap, do not let them pull the wool over your eyes. Zero training. Period. Even our OA told us that you could expect zero training from them, ever. General Manager doesnt have a clue about what his members want, how to give it to them, or how to connect with his staff. Majority of the staff is under paid and over worked.

    Pros

    It's a job. Long hours with no pay keeps you out of trouble and away from your family.

    Cons

    Low pay, horrible expensive benefits, no incentives, no raises, no support. Upper management is clueless to what it takes to provide members with service. They are only concerned with making numbers so they get a bonus, while everyone else suffers.

    Provide a quality service to members, and treat employees with respect.
