Former Employee - Front End Developer  in  Dallas, TX
Former Employee - Front End Developer in Dallas, TX

Pros

40% off meals and free golf at country clubs. Work on 120 websites with 100,000+ members. Opportunity to impact a lot of customers and improve their membership experience.

Cons

Some sour apples in management poisons the well for the other people who do good. The family atmosphere from the Deadman family was lost when sold to P/E firm.

Current Employee - Member Relations Coordinator
Current Employee - Member Relations Coordinator

    Pros

Current manager is great, fellow employees are nice, work is interesting

    Cons

Low pay, horrible benefits, computer systems are a joke, no raises for even top performers in over six years!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

When you pay one employee in a Club in the high five figures and everyone else is considered highly paid if they make $10-$12 to shouldn't wonder why 90 percentage of your employees would leave today if they had a better offer. Your members would be shocked if they know how little you invest in your employees.
