Current Employee – been working at Co-operative Group

Pros – There are some great people working there, and you can have some incredibly fun shifts.
Most of the customers are terrific, making a shift incredibly pleasurable.

Cons – Management constantly promise promotions, but never deliver.
When doing work at the level of a more senior colleague, the difference in pay is not paid.
There are colleagues that sponge off the system and do not pull their weight.

Advice to Senior Management – When promise a promotion, do not delay month after month.
Review the Human Resources department, and make them more pro-active when dealing with sub par staff.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
