Pros

None...There is nothing redeeming about this company. The remote pro is that they lend out bikes to ride in the city. Thats about it.

Cons

Do not own up to their commitments. Beware any promises of salary, bonus or any compensation. they do not disclose the fine print regarding quota and commissions. It is nothing as described in the interview process.

    Pros

Cutting edge technology. All sales reps get iPhones, iPads, and projectors for presentations. Very little competition in most markets.

    Cons

You are at the mercy of your territory. If it's been hit hard, good luck at keeping up with the aggressive quota. Training left a lot to be desired. Classroom and real life didn't sync at all. Product and service very expensive during rough economic times.

    Advice to Management

Expand evaluation metrics. I saw good talent come and go and slackers do well just because of random territory assignment.
