Pros

Lots of fun young people

Cons

This is a real estate research company, yet hardly anyone here who has any real estate background/ knowledge. Scary.

Advice to Senior Management

If you hired qualified candidates in the first place (smart people w/ commerical real estate experience) your wouldn't need so many managers to micro manage and look over everything. Get rid of the big brother atmosphere.
