    I have been working at CoStar Group full-time

    Pros

    Good business model. You meet some exceptional people and learn a lot about the real estate industry. The company provides great benefits to working there - health care, decent salary, verizon center tickets, healthy food, paid public transport in the DC metro area.

    Cons

    The work can get redundant. Depending on what market you are assigned to, the work can vary from very easy to very challenging.

    I worked at CoStar Group full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    -Pay was great
    -Breakfast and healthy foods
    -Gym
    -Learn everything there is about commercial real estate
    -The CEO is a genius when it comes to creating new products for clients
    -The CFO is a very hard worker when it came to creating revenue for the company.
    -Senior Vice President(Jenny) was very liked by me

    Cons

    -No executive advancement for black people
    -Don't complain if you are black because your manager(white manager) and HR(white hr person) will take sides and get rid of you no matter if the manager is at fault. Just be quiet and work.
    -When you bring up something that is unethical in the company, you will get silenced(fired)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    -Appreciate those that had your back and would have worked their butt off for you.
    -When there's unethical behavior going on within the company, affecting information for the client, don't take sides. Remember, the customer comes first, not favorites
