CoStar Group – “Not All That Bad”

Pros

Great co-workers and excellent Benefits. It was great working for a market leader selling a product that was innovative and sexy.

Cons

The base compensation could've been better. Expectations did not seem consistent and were generally unrealistic. Brilliant owner, but tends to get in his own way when it comes to dealing with people.

Advice to Senior Management

Can't say that I'd go back to the company, but managements view of employees didn't foster loyalty.
