    The discount is the ONLY reason to work here.

    Cons

    There is zero room for growth and the company does not trust their employees. Employees report incidents and they are rarely taken seriously.

    lack of systems; work life balance does not exist 14-16 hour days all the time; in meetings all the time

    Advice to Management

    Management should know how the systems operate in order to better lead their teams. There needs to be work life management.
