    Pros

Has 400+ stores and has global recognition; Great Discount, and good benefits; looks good on your resume; gain a lot of product knowledge and clientele experience

    Cons

very structured-almost to the point that you feel like a number; only as favored as your last accomplishment; mid-to-senior management is not inspirational and are always looking for the negative without peppering in some praise.

    Advice to Management

Show respect for the team; encourage ideas, and think outside the box...it's only a handbag for God's sake.
