    Pros

Great team of people to work with and very acommodating managers that understand the importance of having a work life balance.

    Cons

Well the only downside would be the intolerant customers you have to deal with out of which some can be very rude.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Senior advisers keep leaving because you give them no incentative to stick around after they build up a book. Lower level advisers won't stick around if there's no opportunity to grow.
