I have been working at Cobalt full-time

Pros

Great culture
Awesome training
Lots of support
Growth opportunities are possible
Becoming a younger hipper company

Cons

Not as innovative as it may seem
After some time your realize there are limited career opportunities
Not all employees are well versed in there roles from account advocates to upper management and leadership. However they are changing things up now.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

My manager is great and its because she is actually qualified at her job. When they hire people they should really make sure they are qualified for the appropriate positions. Waste way to much time after a 3 week training to spend even more time training on the same stuff over and over.

This company is suppose to be technologically savy so hiring people that understand digital marketing and the importance of technology is very important.

I have been working at Cobalt full-time

    Pros

Having worked for both big and small companies, I will say, being at Cobalt is one of the better places out there. There's a great level of freedom within the work environment, giving you the ability to customize your day to day work to get the most done, while still having a reasonable set of checks and balances. Managers and High Level leaders are very accessible, and the benefits are top notch. There's also a very good work/life balance, and a great level of employee appreciation I've not seen elsewhere.

    Cons

The large corporation part of it all can be hard to deal with, especially because it does take longer than normal for something to happen.
