Pros

They have great pay grades and guarantee raises. Benefits are good, the people at coca cola are super casual and friendly.

Cons

Segregation of union and non union workers in the company is problematic at times. Management positions are held by people with very low education.

Advice to Management

Pursue higher degrees

Consider adding more employees so that your existing employees do not get burned out
Continue being successful and taking over the marketplace

    Pros

-flexible hours (work until you're finished with your accounts)
-trimester bonuses (although the amounts seem to be dwindling every year)
    -decent benefits and investment packages
-ability to work on your own with very little office time per week
-co-workers are generally very nice and easy to get along with
-3 weeks paid vacations and 3 paid floating holidays
-off on all major holidays (although you have to work ahead to get the days off)

    Cons

-some immediate managers can be very hard to work with, but not all of them
-company vehicles are being taken away with an unacceptably low compensation package to make up for it
-pay is a little low, but not much different to comparable positions with other companies
-upper management constantly comes up with the most ridiculous procedures and new policies, as if they come up with them just to annoy everybody, because that's all it does
-communication between departments can sometimes be poor, but not always

    Advice to Management

Stop trying to come up with micromanaged ways of doing what we already do. There is no need to give webcasts and directives that define common sense sales tools when they are already being used on a regular basis. If we need that, then we might as well be taught in 10 steps how to get in our cars and start the ignition.
