I have been working at Coca-Cola Company

    Pros

    #1 brand in the world
    Exposure to some interesting ideas

    Cons

NO work life balance; while leadership says it wants to hear differing opinions they really don't and will put you in your place

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your employees more than you listen to consultants and suppliers

I have been working at Coca-Cola Company

    Pros

    Money is good.
    Working from home.
    Benefits are so-so.
Life balance; not that much work.

    Cons

    Extremely poor management communication.
Many management layers with a lot of processes that are followed at times and create a bottle neck.
    Surprised anything gets done.
    Lots of bureacracy.
Have to drink the "coke" to like the culture.
    Plenty of red-tape.
Marketing giant company, not an IT leader.
Too much reliance on consultants and contractors. No in-house knowledge.
Facilities are terrible; dirty and disgusting.
No career growth opportunties if you are not part of the team.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Eliminate the red tape and put processes that make sense and are well documented. Just because you have processes, does not mean you are running a well oiled machine.
