I worked at Coca-Cola Company full-time for less than a year

Pros

benefits, fun co workers, somebody always there to help even in escalated calls

Cons

constantly in front of a computer, cant really have a life at work. everything is by the book, no lead way. do not get any write ups or warnings. THIS WILL HINDER you from being promoted or get extra raises. and it hinders you for a full year. now they changed it to where if you on a final you lose your sick days. get laid off and they will not approve you for unemployment either

    I have been working at Coca-Cola Company full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    An excellent brand name, all the free soda you can drink while on the corporate campus, an amazing cafeteria, concerts or events about every two months for everyone on campus.

    Cons

    Really long work hours, an out of touch management, resistance to change, out of date and aging systems. The company is more interested in who to blame than finding a solution -- this is why things keep getting worse -- who wants to take a risk to make them better? It's like the movie Office Space -- you're motivated to do just enough not to get noticed and in trouble.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop promising things to candidates that aren't reality -- that is why you're seeing such a turn over of new employees. Reward risk and embrace change!
