I have been working at Coca-Cola Company

Pros

There is something new every day! In industry, there is no more respected company and everyone will take your call and is excited to be a partner. And Free Beverages throughout the day!

Cons

Very little true process, which makes it difficult to get projects through to market.

I have been working at Coca-Cola Company

    Pros

Working with the most recognizable global brands and marketers in the world. Truly global presence and capabilities touching every corner of the globe. Opportunity to work in many different locations and roles. Some of the best compensation and benefits packages in the industry. Atlanta headquarters supports good work/life balance.

    Cons

Franchise bottler system which challenges speed to market and innovation. Culture of creative tension which has created a highly-competitive, low-collaborative working environment where individual accomplishments largely outweigh team wins. A PowerPoint culture - vs. an Excel or Word one. Have over-compensated a bit on diversity resulting in slow promotional movement for many associates.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Establish clear roles and responsibilities based on tangible performance metrics. Align the metrics between the company and bottlers to develop collaboration instead of competition.
