Pros

Brand with very deep pockets means you can really achieve success. When the company is aligned, great things happen. Lots of respect for your work.

Cons

Suffers from the silos present at most big companies. Middle management can really hamper career growth. Politics and business as usual

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep doing what you're doing and try to keep your best resources with the company.

I worked at Coca-Cola Company full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Great people and customers. Most employees are dedicated to providing the best products and customer service.

    Cons

They force diversity rather than embrace and nurture. As a result, many employees fail to contribute to the success of the organization. This also results in the frustration of highly qualified "non-diversity" employees who are passed over for well deserved promotions.
