    I have been working at Coca-Cola Company full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Great people to work with. Great benefits and flexible schedule. Fair compensation with exception of auto "program".

    Cons

    Little support for tools to accomplish some tasks. Very long response times (corporate) to immediate action items/issues. Lots of red tape to get through when negotiating some deals compared to local competition. Auto program inaccurately explained during interview process- no company car or gas card and insufficient reimbursement program for gas/maintenance/general wear and tear.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    To higher up leadership: it is advisable to have leadership with experience within the company so they can see and appreciate real everyday difficulties in the field. Overall expectations are set realistically but there could be some improvements on our reaction time and flexibility to acquire new, major business.
