Pros

Good salary and benefits. You get to sell the most recognized brands in the world. It is a company that makes you feel proud to work for.

Cons

Constant reorganizational alignment. Every 1-2 years the company goes through a major reorganization. This causes stress to its employees. Employees with more tenure are looked at with less value than someone who comes in off the street.

Need more consistency. The constant change causes uncertainty among employees.
