Pros

Looks good on a resume, decent pay, district managers are good, flexible schedule (but still long hours regardless)

Cons

Long hours, pointless meetings, more of a babysitter for drivers and merchandisers than a "sales" person. Unrealistic goals, bonuses paid out by region instead of individual because they keep having "technical issues"...Runzheimer (mileage) is terrible if you have an out of town route and getting a new vehicle every five years is a wallet-killer.

Advice to Management

When a person moves up in the company, they should be viewed as a MORE valuable asset, not less. Give larger raises to inside people moving up instead of outside people with no real experience in the industry.

    Pros

The pay and the hours worked is the only positive to the job!! Home at a decent time.

    Cons

This company has bad equipment and to save money, they purchased a fleet without air condition. Management is lame!

    Advice to Management

In 2012 CCC made 11 billion dollars and the company was still not satisfied. Putting more pressure on management, which trickles down to the supervisors and so on and so forth. In order to keep the title of number one soft drink, why not value the people you employ a little bit more and just maybe the sales would increase and the morale would get better. Turnover ratio was high at the facility that I worked at because the company only cared about the bottom line and NEVER the employee. The work is not hard at all, but the warehouse workers and driver just want to feel just a little bit appreciated. I'm sure the managers and supervisors don't appreciate getting emails explaining how dumb they are because numbers are down!
