This company has been known as one of the top ten companies best place to work for. Coca Cola Refreshments is a very stable work place.

Cons

There is nothing I find as cons in this company.

    flexable hours, base pay was ok

    Where do I start...we have not received our sales goals for the quarter untill the quarter is over. thats just to start. unless your union you get crapped on.

    Pros

    Good benefits. Working on such challenging environment will make any other similar job a day in the park! Will look good in your resume.

    Cons

    No values, unsupportive of working women. Misleading, with some aspects of the job. unatainable goals. Local Mgmt is unethical and would cover Company's policies violations. Covered things like a hit and run with a company car. HR doesn't care and ignored for several years multiple complaints on a particular DM, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, etc. Very little or no advancement opportunities, local management will trip you. They offer paid holidays but they will force you to work on your days off and after hours before one.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Establish values, this should be a great company to work for, hold managers accountable. investigate higher than normal rotation, if people won't stay, that is usually a red flag. support working women and promote a healthy work environment. Companies won't change, people do! Promote within, don't keep letting good talent be harrassed out by incompetent managers.
