amazing company to work for with great perks, great environment, provide tools on how to be successful

Cons

they overwork their employees, too much workload for 1 person, and don't pay as much as the should

    I worked at Coca-Cola Company full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Great way to get into the beverage industry and learn sales at the distributor level.

    Cons

    Management was only out for helping themselves and each other. Team building, recognition, employee appreciation was all superficial and forced.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Unfortunately, advice won't help management at the branch level. Cleaning house is what is needed.

    Pros

    Vacation - You will need it to search for a new job
    People - Very Hardworking {Stuck in a losing/negative environment}
    Resume Builder - If other companies only knew how Coke operates

    Cons

    55-70 Hard hours a week
    Very Poor Leadership on the front lines
    Micro Managed to the Extreme
    No Sales Numbers, so no Tracking of the Mystical Bonus
    Hit sales goals at all cost - Do not FAIL
    Car Reimbursement = Lost Income
    Unprofessional Work Environment
    Constantly Understaffed due to High Turnover
    Too Many to List and I have another 12+ hour workday tomorrow

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Amazing the disconnect between corporate and field management regarding it's front line personnel and operations. We are losing everyday on the front lines and labor is cut to the bone. We are slowly falling into third place behind Pepsi & 7Up
