I have been working at Coca-Cola Company (more than 8 years)

Pros

Resume builder, that's about it.

Cons

Extremely unbalanced work-life schedule.
Micro-Management
Track, track, track, track, track track....you get the point.
Diminishment of benefits over the past few years (ex: company car)
Poor accountability system for low performers and management at higher levels.
No checks and balances for Director and up level. As long as you are making volume, you are ok. Who cares if you are the worst manager ever.
Low salary compensation for tenured employees, externals come in much higher.
Career Opportunities? Only if you are in "the club" and are willing to take the position they think you are fit for.
Very high turnover due to all of the above.
Continuous re-organizations (get ready the next one will be announced shortly)

Advice to ManagementAdvice

You can't sell off the bottling system fast enough.Let us get back to selling Coke. I love your take on obesity, but how about you give your associates memberships to gyms instead of outside organizations? For sustainability, install electric car charging stations at DCs. Oh wait - that wouldn't get you PR.

You better cherish your employees, we are the ones who make or break this company.

I have been working at Coca-Cola Company full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Good place to start for younger people to have "Coke" on their resume.

    Cons

Terrible work life balance, pay below average compared to competitors, expected to work 6 days constantly...even on slow weeks due to high turnover. Never enough employees to keep up with workload.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Go back to full time employees instead of part time and pay a wage that is high enough to make it a desirable job. Cut out the 6 day work weeks. Everyone is burnt out and leaving at alarming rates. Very few will do this job for the wages you pay.

I have been working at Coca-Cola Company as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

Great brand recognition for my first job
Other interns that were the same age
Opportunity to learn every facet of the business

    Cons

Upper management at facility did a poor job of creating meaningful projects for interns
Barely any communication between direct manager and interns
Decisions are implemented slowly and involve a lot of politics

    Neutral Outlook
