Pros

Decent money, ok bonus program. Great product.

Cons

You can never be good enough. It doesn't matter how great your sales are, it isn't enough. All communication from management is untimely, insufficient, incorrect or just plain false. Feedback is not welcome. The stress is not healthy.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try trusting your account managers instead of micro-managing or under cutting them with the customers. What you consider positivity is actually brutality.

    I worked at Coca-Cola Company full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    The pay is good pay per year in today's economy for a working mans job even though per hour it doesn't average out to be great pay per hour since they use Chinese overtime.

    Cons

    advancement is rare, monitored every minute of day with phones, working harder only gets you more work, no reward

    reward hard workers rather than punishing with more work.

    I have been working at Coca-Cola Company as a contractor (less than an year)

    Pros

    Free refreshments and a great PRODUCT

    Cons

    Dress code is abominable, especially for management who come to work in faded t-shirts, old looking jeans, ball caps and nasty shoes. The training is very minimal with virtually no product training. The process of customer requests is to have "someone" call them back on anything other than an order. Employees are left to deal with irate customers with no management backing other than tell the customer "someone will call you back" REALLY!!!

    Look at this posting and recognize areas of deficiency that need addressed!
