New modern office
a lot of meeting rooms
good pay rate
I heard that employees have good benefits

Cons

It looks like everyone here is a contractor. Here is lack of communication, high level of bureaucracy, contractors do not care about stuff other than current task.
as a contractor you'll be treated as a second-class person

    Pros

    Coworkers are great. Still get a pension. 3 weeks vacation. Good benefits with 401k match. Free soda and discounted vending machine beverages.

    Cons

    This is finance and you would think that multiple departments would have communication. Well they don't. Company struggles because of lack of communication. Salary is extremely low when compared to Tampa, but they base it on Brandon, FL. Still use old technologies and everyone swears by Excel and Access. Perks get slowly taken away and are being replaced with cheaper perks. Monthly employee sales sometimes are more expensive then store sales.
