    I have been working at Coca-Cola Company full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    As an AM you have the ability to manager your own day. Start early and leave early or start later if you want, just get the job done.

    Cons

    Entirely too unorganized to be such a large company. AM are expected to spend day and night finding plans to hit volume, priorities and do everything under the sun. This company does not pay overtime and you will spend a significant amount of time running your route and also planning your day.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Listen to the AM. Most upper management have never even been AMs. Follow-through is lacking and organization is as well. How do you expect us to execute D1M1 when you don't?

    I have been working at Coca-Cola Company full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    Company discounts, well managed 401K program, tuition reimbursement, flex time programs. Retired employees receive a lifetime free lunch. Many locations to apply to.

    Cons

    Unrealistic performance and goal setting due to conflicting priorities among client and team staff, thus affecting work life balance. High deductible health insurance, low annual increases even if performance is exemplary. Upward movement can solely depend on who your manager is. High turnover.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Managers should be required to have a psychological profile test prior to being allowed to manage others.
