Coca-Cola Refreshments – “Terrible company to work for.”

All I can tell you is that there is life after Coke. I left two years ago and now work for a company that treats people with respect...you know....the kind of respect Coke only talks about to cover their asses. It took some getting used to because working for Coke all those years was like being an abused animal. Every time someone raises their hand or moves suddenly the reflex is to go into fetal position. It's simply toxic and they are still headed in the wrong direction because of poor leadership. Coke lost its soul a long time ago. When you don't give a damn about your employees, nor your customers everyone recognizes it and you don't have buy in. They can say the "right" words, but when your actions say otherwise it just destroys any chance for trust. If these clowns running the company were as smart as they think they are, they would know how to do corporate math.....Happy Customers + Happy Employees = Business Results/Shareholder Value. They don't get it and they don't care to get it. Coke will stay in business in spite of its leadership, but imagine what they could do if they went about business the right way. There is no chance of that happening with the current regime. Get out while you still can. There is a better life out there. Good luck.
