Coca-Cola Refreshments – “Its a good job, but not for me.”

Pros

They give 3 weeks paid vacation your first year, have good insurance, and 401k. The pay is slightly better than anyone else in te area for the same job, exept possibly budweiser.

Cons

The work load is unstable, and unpredictable, which is a bad thing wen your pay is comission based. The hours worked and pay received can vary greatly from week to week.

Advice to Senior Management

Dont put such unrealistic goals on your salesmen. when tey have to send out more than is needed just to make a figure, it burdens usdrivers who show up wih the product and have to figure out where to put it, making our day much longer than it has to be, or worse yet, bringing it back double working the warehouse and cutting our comissions.
