Current Employee – been working at Coca-Cola Refreshments

Pros – When fully staffed members of management can finally take advantage of vacation amd family time.

Cons – When under staffed, 6 day work weeks and no time off. Raises standard accross the board. No praise or incentive to want to perform above or beyond call of duty.

Advice to Senior Management – Listen to front line management and hourly employees. Invest in infrastructure and technology. We are set up to fail right off the bat with no RF or a decent warehouse management system.
