Pros

They allow time off when needed without fuss. Most of the employee's are experts in their field. Most of the employee's are great people you build friendships on. The employee's are the best asset of the Company.

Cons

Management has no structure. Too much favoritism makes for bad morale. Big lack of Communication, Mission, and Goal by Management. No unity between management and staff. Everyone is out for themselves.

Advice to Senior Management

Replace your CEO. Put the Legal Department in check. Remind employee's how important they are to the success of the vehicle. Compensate fairly; not on favoritism. Make sure everyone is on the same page.
