Young growing company. Great opportunities

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Boston, MA

ProsYoung company with great potential. Good co-workers with a decent work attitude. They have a foozball table and little things like company provided snacks, drinks, and frequent lunches.

ConsCan be a fast pace and what you are working on can change on a dime based on priorities that come from clients.

Advice to Senior ManagementGood management with a very flat structure, so we can easily approach the managers with thoughts and concerns. Don't add too many layers as we grow and add more employees and offices.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
