Looks better from the outside

ProsCasual office and good location. Occasionally cool work, mainly publishing so not that much variety of industries.

ConsRepeating whats already been said, management is arrogant, childish, and they dont know how to lead a company. Long hours and weak culture. Not many opportunities for growth and high turnover.

Advice to Senior ManagementDont just be all talk. Hire people who know what they're doing and invest in keeping people around for more than 6 months.

    Very slow to pay

    I have been working at Code and Theory as a contractor for less than a year


    Pros: Cool, talented people, great location and office, nice perks, high-profile… Cons: Don't freelance there unless you can afford to work without a paycheck for several months as they do not pay in a timely matter.
