I worked at Code and Theory full-time (more than an year)

Pros

Amazing talent, ideas, and production quality. You'll do good work here and learn a lot very quickly. You'll work with big clients and be in an environment that favors design.

Cons

Minimum pay, long/wasted hours, and high employee churn. Though you'll do good work here, you'll only do it until you inevitably burnout. Peers around you leave at various stages, due to burnout, and forcing you to be on a team of new employees for every new project.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay employees more. The long hours would feel more justified.

I have been working at Code and Theory full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Casual office and good location. Occasionally cool work, mainly publishing so not that much variety of industries.

    Cons

Repeating whats already been said, management is arrogant, childish, and they dont know how to lead a company. Long hours and weak culture. Not many opportunities for growth and high turnover.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Dont just be all talk. Hire people who know what they're doing and invest in keeping people around for more than 6 months.
