    Pros

    - Flexible working hours.
    - Smart friendly people.

    Cons

    - Poor average salary increases across the development staff.
    - A lot of crunch.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Isn't much to be said that isn't already known. There never seems to be quite enough time nor money to achieve an absolutely stellar result. The problem is this is felt by the development staff also.

I worked at Codemasters full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Self publishes most games so you don't have the usual problems that an external publisher brings. If you want to work with racing games in the UK they seem to be your best shot right now.

    Cons

Is a medium sized company trying to compete with the big boys. Looks unlikely that they ever will break out of making niche games. Located in the middle of nowhere.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stay with developing racing games.
