    Pros

    - Flexible working hours.
    - Smart friendly people.

    Cons

    - Poor average salary increases across the development staff.
    - A lot of crunch.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Isn't much to be said that isn't already known. There never seems to be quite enough time nor money to achieve an absolutely stellar result. The problem is this is felt by the development staff also.

    Great title, great people work with

    Terrible working overtime hour. Mess management. Check-in system which monitor how much time you need to per week is a joke.

    Need to how to keep people morale. Keep key people and stop asking people work over time "NICELY".
