    Pros

    The best reason to choose CRMC for a place of employment is the different shifts and making the shift differential pay.

    Cons

    Challenges with working at CRMC come when you need to know that this facility will back you in the time of need as an employee, IT IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN! If you are not in a certain clique, then you are OUT OF LUCK. I have worked at this facility for years, in order to save them money, they will hire someone off of the street to replace someone with credentials and education just to keep from paying that educated person the money that they are worth. They will fire the educated person for no reason at all just to save a dollar. The person that is uneducated, the only knowledge they may have is the knowledge from medical coding. How is that going to give a patient great, and safe patient care? The practitioner is who will bring the money into the facility, the practitioner is the one that is treating and reassuring the patient that CRMC is the best place to be, the practitioner is the one who will go out and bring in the patients into the facility and usher their family members in, will talk up for the facility when others are trashing the facility and it's staff. The practitioners does that not a billing or medical coding clerk, no not them, but the practitioner does. CRMC has their priorities twisted and before long, they will see how far twisted values are going to get them.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I feel that the management team need to reassess their department supervisors ALL OVER and get rid of some of them. There is a problem with these supervisors causing decreased morale in their facility and departments. These supervisors/managers are placing a sour taste even in the patients mouths regarding the facility. There has been patient to leave that facility and go else where to another doctor's office/hospital especially because of the supervisor/manager. CRMC has already had a bad reputation for years, their managers are not helping the situation.
