Cogent Communications Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at Cogent Communications

Pros – Good product, price points, small enough where they can make quick decisions and changes.

Cons – Again almost too quick to make decisions, change the products/pay plans on the reps almost every few months. Not sure of who will be there at the beginning of each month, as there will be terminations every 1st of the month without fail. Lots of favoritism, similar to a high school and who your "friends" with.

Advice to Senior Management – Restructure some of the management team, where they were promoted due to growth, not performance or who they know not what they did.
