Pros

Decent pay out of college, the way you are ramped up to your quota serves as a signing bonus which is nice

Cons

You are selling the internet making 60-80 cold calls a day. They monitor your talk time, call numbers, and the micromanaging is out of control.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Allow more freedom in the workplace as far as working from home and flexible hours. The most important thing should be people's numbers and you shouldn't care how they get them

    Pros

    It has a Good base, an awesome commission structure, and the manager is extremely supportive and understands how to keep a work life balance for his employees

    Cons

    Can't say that I have a whole lot of negative things to say about working here, others than having to sit at a desk for the majority of the day

    Keep up the good work, all I know is that everyone in our office is extremely happy each and every day

    Pros

    - Relaxed dress code
    - Unlimited soda, coffee, juice, tea, etc.
    - Can be left to work to yourself

    Cons

    - Company philosophy hold that anything that doesn't have a 100% ROI, isn't worth investing in, so that means you are given the cheapest:

    * Equipment
    * Benefits
    * Access to HR
    * Delay in commission payments

    - At the end of the month you are expected to stay late, which is normal for sales, but they more or less lock you in the building, feed you, and never tell you what time you're leaving. Sometimes you are there for an extra 3+ hours even if you have nothing else left to close.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Invest in your Sales Reps. Invest in *some* cosmetic and office upgrades, even if it isn't a profitable venture. Working in a warehouse with equipment from the 1980's is no good.
