Focus on sales and customer relationship encorages employees to go the extra mile and try to understand the problems faced by the clients. Medical and other benefits are nice, especially compared to most of the other outsourcing companies focusing on India

Cons

Salaries are pretty low, and financial incentives are not high enough for exemplary performance. Financial juggling to inflate revenue and profit margins. There is a risk of being slotted into one industry domain, and freedom to move between domains is pretty low. Might struggle to retain associates when the markets go up again.
