Friendly HR, good team, good package, Big brand name of company....job security, ease of oppurtunity for career improvement / enhancement....no term bond.....overall very satisfactory......
Cons
Paid little less than other top IT companies.....Joining date for freshers might be late ( for Programmer Analyst Trainee ) .....but a lot of job security......
Advice to Senior Management
Should provide more competeive pay packages.......Should plan DOJ early for freshers for Top colleges atleast on par with Other Top IT firms
