Cognizant Tech Solutions – “cts”
Pros
nothing really.
Good facilities like AC/chair ,system
Cons
No salary hike at all
If you are "client" it's best place for you.
If you are an IT professional ,then this is _THE worst one.
Advice to Senior Management
Unless you guyz change very soon, CTS will go down for sure.Hirinh bunch of Freshers (ELT) never going to help you .
