1. Cognizant consulting is treated as an elite division within company
2. Ample opportunities for people to travel for onsite work
3. Better pay structure compared to other similar companies such as TCS, Wipro, Infy

Cons

1. As in other big organizations there is lot of bureaucracy.
2. Management have their own favorites who get promoted every time and get all the available opportunities.
 3. What is promised at the time of making job offer is never adhered to and they would allocate you in any division irrespective of your background.

Advice to Senior Management

Though there are always issues with the company growing at such a fast pace it is also possible and important to maintain the employee satisfaction level which is not considered important.
