Pros
good initial package as compared to other IT companies
branding weel in b school
fast gowing company
lot brand value of CBC
Cons
bad on promotion
and no skill based promotion
HR is extremly poor
Middle managegeent is extremly bad ....replace them quickly
Advice to Senior Management
please look into your HR proceeses
have 360 degree review of all
